JOYCE, John, a Representative from Pennsylvania; born in Altoona, Blair County, Pa., February 8, 1957; graduated from Bishop Guilfoyle High School, Altoona, Pa., 1975; attended Pennsylvania State University, Altoona, Pa., 1975-1977; B.S., Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pa., 1979; M.D., Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa., 1983; internal medicine, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Md., 1983-1986; dermatology, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Md., 1986-1989, and serving as chief resident; Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, Va., 1990-1991; dermatology private practice; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Sixteenth and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2019-present).
